Hello! Welcome to Alysondra Duke, PhD, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We’re so glad you’re here! Before diving into coaching services, please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions. This helps ensure we’re all on the same page and have a great experience working together.
1. What We Offer
● Our coaching is all about supporting you in personal growth, relationships, confidence, and empowerment. However, coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or legal guidance. ● Every journey is unique! Your results will depend on your effort, commitment, and personal circumstances.
● Coaching sessions are confidential, but if there’s ever a risk of harm to yourself or others, we’re legally required to step in and take appropriate action.
2. Payments & Refunds
● Payment is required upfront unless we agree otherwise.
● All sales are final. Since coaching involves time, energy, and a personalized approach, refunds aren’t available. However, rescheduling might be possible with enough notice! ● If you miss a session without prior notice, we won’t be able to offer a refund or reschedule.
● If you purchase a coaching package and miss a session or cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you may lose a session credit.
3. Your Role in the Coaching Process
● Be open, honest, and ready to dive into your growth journey!
● We’ll do the work in our sessions, but each individual is ultimately responsible for their own choices, actions, and results.
● If you have concerns, let’s talk about them—we’re here to support you.
4. Respect for Intellectual Property
● Any materials (like workbooks, guides, or website content) are for your personal use only.
● Please don’t copy, share, or distribute them without permission.
5. Our Legal Limits
● We’re here to help, but we can’t guarantee specific results. Coaching is a collaborative effort, and success depends on many factors.
● Alysondra Duke, PhD, LLC is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on coaching.
6. Scheduling & Cancellations
● Need to reschedule? No problem! Just give at least 48 hours notice.
● If you cancel last-minute, we may not be able to reschedule, and the session could be forfeited.
7. Privacy Matters
● We take your privacy seriously and won’t share your personal information without consent, except where legally required.

8. Updates to These Terms
● We might update these Terms and Conditions occasionally to keep things current. If anything changes, we’ll make sure to let you know.
